How to Use This Product
DGK knife steel is recommended for long runs in most woods including maple, hickory, oak and poplar. It can also be used in short runs (up to 5,000 lineal feet) in most MDF materials. I recommend that you use a magic ceramic wheel for roughing DGK. You can use either a ceramic finishing wheel or CBN super abrasive for finish grinding this steel product. This product normally increase productivity 6-10 times over M2 steel with the finish of HSS knives.
